Caroline is an award winning Irish actress and TV host. Career highlights include hosting The IFTAs (Ireland’s equivalent of The Oscars) playing the role of Queen Elinor on ABC’s Once Upon a Time and performing the lead role in She Stoops to Conquer at the National Theatre of Ireland – The Abbey.

Caroline was a primetime TV host in Ireland fronting a variety of shows on the number one rated national network before she re-located to Los Angeles.  She was the host of hit fashion makeover show Off the Rails in Ireland for six years.  The show was such a ratings winner it spawned a magazine and bi-annual four-day event.

She has resided on the judging panel of numerous prime time TV talent shows including Class Act, It’s my Show and Star Search.  In 2019 she was an international judge on CBS talent show The World’s Best with Drew Barrymore, Faith Hill and RuPaul.  Hosted by James Corden. 

Her work as an actor has included film appearances opposite Andy Garcia and Sharon Stone.  She’s been directed by Shia La Beouf, Aisha Tyler and appeared in Tiny Fey’s comedy pilot The Sackett Sisters with Busy Philips and Bradley Whitford.  As well as numerous guest appearances on TV shows including Chuck Lorre’s Disjointed and family comedy The Real O’Neals.

She champions the work of new writers with her LA based theatre company InHouse Theatre.  In 2019 Caroline produced and directed a special immersive production of Conor McPherson’s Port Authority funded by the Irish Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs.  The sell out run marked Caroline’s directorial debut.
